Where are you guys from?
Our studio is located in Quebec City, in the province of Quebec, Canada. For that purpose, we speak French and English fluently, but we do have a french accent when we speak English.
What kind of service do you offer?
What we do is client side programming. That means that we code in XHTML, CSS & JavaScript. We can also write AJAX requests, using JSON or not. Additionally, we can use existing open source solutions and integrate them into your design. It can be existing JavaScript libraries like Mootools or jQuery, APIs like Google Maps, or existing solutions that we modify to your needs (like jsCalendar).
How is your work priced?
We calculate our fees on a per-page basis. Each new page with a different design is priced fully, while each page with a similar design to an accompanying page is priced at a discount. So, for instance, if you send us 5 pages with a similar design, we will charge 1 page at full price, and the remaining 4 will get a 50% discount. For the JavaScript coding, we normally charge for the amount of work needed to complete the project. That means that you will need to request a free quotation for each project you need.
What if I send you an order of 10+ designs to code?
If you do send us a large order, we won't be able to complete them all within 24 hours. What we will do is send you an email explaining the situation. We will then give you a full refund, if requested, or code one design a day until your order has been completed.
Do you also design websites?
No, we do not provide any other service other than XHTML, CSS & JavaScript programming.
Can you also work on server-side programming jobs?
No, we do not provide any other service other than XHTML, CSS & JavaScript programming. Although we plan on opening a section in our studio in the future that will focus solely on server-side programming, for now, we do not offer that service.
We need to create a static website all written in xhtml/css. Can you help us out?
Yes, we can help you out. We do accept jobs that consists of creating the xhtml/css from PSD files, creating the pages with content and then creating the menus that links the pages together. So if you need a full website created in xhtml/css, we can help you out. Simply contact us using the form at your left for more details.
Why do you only offer one service to your customers?
We only offer client-side programming simply because we want to stay focused and be the best at what we do. Since we are a small studio, we cannot afford to offer other services like server-side programming and still stay the best in that area as well.
What about SEO?
All our designs are automatically designed to be well optimized for search engines. We do use as few XHTML tags as possible, all our designs are table-less and we also use header tags for titles, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal. That means that you can pay directly with your PayPal account or pay with any credit card that PayPal accepts.
How about privacy?
We take privacy very seriously. We will never contact any of your customers, and we will use your email address only for contacting you about your project & sending you your final order. We will also never use your artwork for any other purpose than working on your project. Furthermore, we never share our customers’ details - for any reason.
